Parmotrema crinitum, the salted ruffle lichen, is a species of corticolous (bark-dwelling), foliose lichen in the family Parmeliaceae. It was formally described as a new species in 1814 by the Swedish lichenologist Erik Acharius, as Parmelia crinita.
