Glyphis is a genus of lichen-forming fungi in the family Graphidaceae. These lichens form pale grey-green to buff crusts on tree bark and are characterized by elongate, often branched fruiting bodies that appear as black script-like slits against the surface due to their deeply darkened margins and walls.
