Bertia is a genus of fungi within the Bertiaceae family, and Hypocreomycetidae subclass. Sakayaroj et al. (2005) recognised a distinct lineage of marine Ascomycota within the class Sordariomycetes, that was then named TBM (Torpedospora/Bertia/Melanospora) clade.
