Halegrapha mexicana is a corticolous (bark-dwelling) species of script lichen in the family Graphidaceae. It forms a thin, whitish-grey crust on tree bark and produces black, elongated, slit-like fruiting bodies with an exposed disc. The species was formally described in 2011 from specimens collected in Veracruz, Mexico. It is known only from tropical lowland rainforest near Catemaco.

Graphis rosae-emiliae is a species of script lichen in the family Graphidaceae. Described in 2014 from the Los Tuxtlas Biosphere Reserve in Veracruz, Mexico, this bark-dwelling lichen forms a smooth, greenish-grey crust in humid lowland rainforests, where it grows on canopy branches. The species is characterised by its unbranched, slit-like fruiting bodies (lirellae) with black, grooved lips, relatively large ascospores divided by 9–13 cross-walls, and the absence of detectable secondary metabolites.

Graphis bungartzii is a species of bark-dwelling script lichen in the family Graphidaceae. Described in 2014 from specimens collected in Jalisco, Mexico, this lichen forms a pale greenish-grey crust on tree bark in seasonally dry tropical forests. The species is characterised by its branched, slit-like fruiting bodies (lirellae) with black, grooved lips, small ascospores divided by cross-walls, and the presence of norstictic and connorstictic acids.

Originally described in 2014 as Graphis chamelensis from the Chamela-Cuixmala Biosphere Reserve in Jalisco, Mexico, this bark-dwelling lichen forms a pale greenish-grey crust in seasonally tropical dry forests. The species is characterised by its prominent, often partly branched, slit-like fruiting bodies (lirellae) with black lips, ascospores divided by 7–10 cross-walls, and the presence of norstictic acid.
