fungi genus in the phanerochaetaceae family
Rhizochaete is a genus of nine species of poroid crust fungi in the family Phanerochaetaceae. The genus is closely related to Phanerochaete. Aside from the widespread Rhizochaete radicata and the Asian species R. borneensis, most species of Rhizochaete fungi are found in North and South America.

Rhizochaete radicata (Phanerochaete Radicata) (Henn.) Gresl., Nakasone & Rajchenb. 2004
fungi species in the phanerochaetaceae family
Rhizochaete is a plant pathogen infecting planes, beeches, pines, oaks and other trees. It was first described as Corticium radicatum in 1895 by Paul Christoph Hennings. It was transferred to the genus, Rhizochaete by Alina Greslebin, Karen Nakasone and Mario Rajchenberg in 2004. Index Fungorum and Mycobank disagree on the current name of this taxon, with Mycobank asserting it to be Phanerochaete radicata and Index Fungorum, Rhizochaete radicata.

Uncobasidium roseocremeum Gorjón, Gresl. & Rajchenb. 2013
vulnerable fungi species in the meruliaceae family
Uncobasidium roseocremeum is a species of crust fungus in the family Meruliaceae. Found in South America, it was described as a new species in 2012 by mycologists Sergio Gorjón, Alina Greslebin, and Mario Rajchenberg. The holotype was collected in Nahuel Huapi National Park, Argentina, where it was found growing on the bark of a living tree of Saxegothaea conspicua. The specific epithet roseocremeum refers to the colour of the fruit body—cream with pinkish tints. Microscopic features of the fungus include its basidia that have two sterigma and lateral protuberances, encrusted hyphae that
