Antoine Simon

Emmanuelia is a genus of lichen-forming fungi in the subfamily Lobarioideae of the family Peltigeraceae. It has 12 species. It was circumscribed in 2020 by Antoine Simon, Robert Lücking, and Bernard Goffinet. They assigned Emmanuelia ravenelii as the type species, reasoning "this is probably the best-documented species of the lineage and its identification is straightforward". The genus name honours Belgian lichenologist Emmanuël Sérusiaux, "for his extensive contributions to advancing our understanding of the diversification of the Peltigerales". Emmanuelia lobulifera is a species of foliose lichen in the familt Peltigeraceae. It has a trebouxioid alga as the primary photobiont.. E. lobulifera can be distinguished from other species in the genus by differences in positions and shape of phyllidia, and by its geographic distribution.

Sticta torii is a rare species of corticolous (bark-dwelling), lichen in the family Peltigeraceae. Found in northwestern North America, it was formally described as a new species in 2018 by the lichenologists Antoine Simon and Trevor Goward, from specimens collected in Alaska. The species epithet honours the Norwegian lichenologist Tor Tønsberg, "in recognition of his outstanding, vigorous contribution to lichenology".

Peltigera serusiauxii is a species of foliose lichen in the family Peltigeraceae. It is found in Papua New Guinea and Sabah, northern Borneo (Malaysia). It was described as a new species in 2020 by Nicolas Magain, Jolanta Miadlikowska, Bernard Goffinet, and Antoine Simon. The type was collected in Mount Gahavisuka Provincial Park (Eastern Highlands Province), where it was found growing in a mostly undisturbed mossy mountain forest dominated by chinquapin trees.
