Clypeopyrenis porinoides Komposch, J.E. Hern. & Rosabal 2011
fungi species in the pyrenulaceae family
Clypeopyrenis porinoides is a species of corticolous (bark-dwelling) lichen in the family Pyrenulaceae. Found in Costa Rica, where it grows primarily on tree trunks and the understory of primary forests, it was described as new to science in 2011. Closely resembling some Porina species, this lichen is characterised by its light greyish-green surface and distinctive perithecia that set it apart from its close relative, Clypeopyrenis microsperma.

fungi species in the trypetheliaceae family
Bogoriella xanthonica is a species of corticolous (bark-dwelling) crustose lichen in the family Trypetheliaceae. This neotropical canopy lichen forms whitish to creamy crusty patches outlined by dark lines on tree bark high in Venezuelan rainforest canopies. It is distinguished by its yellow fluorescence under ultraviolet light due to the presence of lichexanthone, a lichen product that helps identify this species.
Bogoriella macrocarpa (Komposch, Aptroot & Hafellner) Aptroot & Lücking 2016
fungi species in the trypetheliaceae family
Bogoriella macrocarpa is a species of corticolous (bark-dwelling) crustose lichen in the family Trypetheliaceae. It occurs in Venezuela.
