Russula claroflava (Yellow Swamp Brittlegill) Grove 1888
edible fungi species in the russulaceae family
Russula claroflava, commonly known as the yellow russula, yellow swamp russula or yellow swamp brittlegill, is a basidiomycete mushroom of the genus Russula. It has a yellow cap, white gills and stipe and bruises grey. The species is found in wet places under birch and aspen woodlands across Europe and North America. It is mild-tasting and regarded as a good edible mushroom.
Dactylella Grove 1884
fungi genus in the orbiliaceae family
Dactylella is a genus comprising 72 species of mitosporic fungi in the family Orbiliaceae. They are notable for trapping and eating nematodes. Members of this genus form a noose structure from several elongate cells. When stimulated by a nematode passing through the structure, the cells swell, tightening the noose and trapping the nematode. Filaments then grow into the nematode to absorb nutrients.
Diplococcium Grove 1885
fungi genus in the mollisiaceae family
Diplococcium is a genus of fungi belonging to the family Vibrisseaceae. The genus has almost cosmopolitan distribution.

Phomopsis prunorum (Cooke) Grove 1917
fungi species in the diaporthaceae family
Phomopsis prunorum is a plant pathogen infecting apples.
Coelomycetes Grove 1935
fungi class in the phylum basidiomycota
Coelomycetes are a form-class of fungi, part of what has often been referred to as fungi imperfecti, Deuteromycota, or anamorphic fungi. These are conidial fungi where the conidia form in a growing cavity in the host's tissue. The fruiting structures are spherical with an opening at the apex (pycnidia) or are disc-shaped (acervuli). The formation of conidia in a fruiting body separates this group from the hyphomycetes, who have "naked" conidia. Franz Xaver Rudolf von Höhnel (1852–1920), an Austrian bryologist, mycologist and algologist, was known for his contributions to the taxonomy of the

Colletotrichum dematium (Pers.) Grove 1918
fungi species in the glomerellaceae family
Colletotrichum dematium is a plant pathogen causing anthracnose. Colletotrichum dematium has a significant role as a cause of anthracnose in the Japanese radishes and its ability to cause rare fungal keratitis in humans. This information highlights both the agricultural impact of the fungus and its relevance medically. The research shows how C. dematium is a serious problem for the farmers in Japan and how it affects their crops. The case of fungal keratitis also shows how the fungus can affect humans and their health. This information can help readers understand the impact of C. dematium and
