Chalciporus piperatus (Peppery Bolete) (Bull.) Bataille 1908
fungi species in the boletaceae family
Chalciporus piperatus, commonly known as the peppery bolete, is a species of fungus in the family Boletaceae. Described by Pierre Bulliard in 1790 as Boletus piperatus, it is only distantly related to other members of the genus Boletus and was reclassified as Chalciporus piperatus by Frédéric Bataille in 1908. The genus Chalciporus was an early branching lineage in the Boletaceae and appears to be related to boletes with parasitic properties. A small bolete, the fruit body has a 1.6–9 cm (5⁄8–3+1⁄2 in) orange-fawn cap with small cinnamon to brown pores underneath. The stipe is 4–9.5 cm
Chalciporus Bataille 1908
fungi genus in the boletaceae family
Chalciporus is a genus of fungi in the family Boletaceae (suborder Boletineae). There are approximately 25 species in the genus. French mycologist Frédéric Bataille erected the genus in 1908, though it did not gain general acceptance for several decades and was often classified as a section (Piperati) of the genus Suillus or related to the genus Pulveroboletus. The type species is Chalciporus piperatus. Rolf Singer resurrected the genus in 1973, separating the species from the genus Suillus on the basis of distinct pigments. The name is derived from the Ancient Greek khalkos "copper", and
Hebeloma anthracophilum (Bonfire Poisonpie) Maire 1908
fungi species in the hymenogastraceae family
Hebeloma anthracophilum is a species of mushroom in the family Hymenogastraceae. It was first described as Agaricus birruss by Elias Fries in 1838.
Aspergillus versicolor (Vuill.) Tirab. 1908
fungi species in the aspergillaceae family
Aspergillus versicolor is a slow-growing species of filamentous fungus commonly found in damp indoor environments and on food products. It has a characteristic musty odor associated with moldy homes and is a major producer of the hepatotoxic and carcinogenic mycotoxin sterigmatocystin. Like other Aspergillus species, A. versicolor is an eye, nose, and throat irritant.
Uromyces pisisativi (Pers.) Liro 1908
fungi species in the pucciniaceae family
Uromyces pisi-sativi is a fungal species and plant pathogen. It was originally found on Pea (Pisum sativum) but it is found on a wide range of host plants. It causes small orange dots on the lower side of leaves on Euphorbia cyparissias. It lives on Pisum and on Lathyrus and on other plants from the family Fabaceae. The list of hosts also includes; Cytisus scoparius, Chamaecytisus palmensis and Lupinus polyphyllus.

Eudarluca is a genus of fungi in the family Phaeosphaeriaceae. The genus was circumscribed by Italian-born Argentinian botanist and mycologist Carlo Luigi Spegazzini in 1908, with Eudarluca australis assigned as the type species.
Aeruginospora Höhn. 1908
fungi genus in the hygrophoraceae family
Aeruginospora is a genus of fungi in the family Hygrophoraceae. It was formerly placed in the family Tricholomataceae, but it was moved to the Hygrophoraceae in a recent review of the family based on its morphological similarity to Chrysomphalina and especially Haasiella. It might be that Haasiella, which differs in spore color and ecology, is a junior synonym of Aeruginospora, but this has not yet been tested in a molecular phylogenetics study. The genus, described by Franz Xaver Rudolf von Höhnel in 1908, currently contains two species found in New Zealand and Indonesia. Six species

Trichoglossum walteri (Short Spored Earthtongue) (Berk.) E.J. Durand 1908
vulnerable fungi species in the geoglossaceae family
Trichoglossum walteri is a species of fungus in the family Geoglossaceae. In its current sense, it is considered to be cosmopolitan and as such represents a complex of species worldwide. In the UK, it has been given the recommended English name of short-spored earthtongue. The European species occurs mainly in agriculturally unimproved grassland and threats to this habitat have resulted in the short-spored earthtongue being assessed as globally "vulnerable" on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species.
