Shinnersoseris is a genus of flowering plants in the family Asteraceae. There is only one known species, Shinnersoseris rostrata, with the common names of beaked skeletonweed and annual skeleton-weed. It is native to the Great Plains of central North America (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, United States (ND SD MN IA NE KS OK TX CO WY UT)). It was formerly in the genus Lygodesmia.

Lygodesmia doloresensis is a species of flowering plant in the family Asteraceae known by the common name Dolores River skeletonplant. It is native to a small area of Colorado and neighboring Utah in the United States. This species is sometimes considered a variety of Lygodesmia grandiflora.
