Yua is a small genus of vines in the family Vitaceae, native to Nepal, S. China, Taiwan and Vietnam.

Vitis fengqinensis is a species of wild Chinese grape native to Yunnan province, where it is known by the name feng qing pu tao, meaning Fengking grape. It is generally found on shrubby slopes at about 2000 meters above sea-level. Its fruits come out in June.

Vitis yunnanensis (known locally as yun nan pu tao, meaning Yunnan grape) is a species of liana in the grape family native to the Chinese province of Yunnan (in Jingdong Yi Autonomous County and Jinghong). It is a forest dweller, found at various elevations between 500 and 1800 meters. In August it bears globular berries.

Vitis wuhanensis (known locally as wu han pu tao, meaning Wuhan grape) is a tropical or sub-tropical, polygamo-dioecious species of liana in the grape family native to the Chinese provinces of Henan (far south, near Xinyang), Hubei and Jiangxi, found in valleys and along hillsides, in forests or shrublands, at elevations from 300 up to 700 meters. It flowers in April and May (male flowers have abortive gynoecia), and bears globular berries (6–7 mm. diam.) as early as May, and as late as July. Vitis ruyuanensis (known locally as ru yuan pu tao, which means Ruyuan grape) is a species of polygamo-dioecious plant in the grape family native to the Chinese province of Guangdong. Here it grows in shrublands or along hillsides at around 200 meters. Flowers, blooming between April and May, give way to the development of globular berries in June and July.

Vitis mengziensis is a species of plant in the grape family. It is found in the province of Yunnan in China, where it is known by the name meng zi pu tao, meaning Mengzi or Mengtze grape. The specific epithet mengziensis and vernacular Chinese name refer to Mengzi, a county in the southeast of Yunnan. It grows in temperate rainforests, at elevations near 1600 meters.

Vitis menghaiensis is a species of climbing vine in the grape family native to China. It is found in mixed forests around 1500–1600 meters above sea-level. It flowers in May, and male flowers have non-functioning ovaries. In Chinese it is known as meng hai pu tao, or Menghai grape. It is named for Menghai [courageous sea] county in Yunnan. This is also the derivation for the epithet menghaiensis. In Chinese pu tao means "grape".

Ampelocissus xizangensis (xi zang suan lian teng in Chinese) is a deciduous vine in the family Vitaceae, native to shrublands in the high valleys of the Tibet Autonomous Region and Nepal, at elevations about 2000 m high. Its specific epithet is a toponym derived from the place it was collected from, Xizang, which is the Chinese name for the Tibet Autonomous Region. It was first scientifically described in 1997 by the Chinese botanist, Li Chao-Luang.

Prunus wurdackii is a species of Prunus found only on the slopes of tepuis of the Chimantá Massif in Venezuela, at 900–2,200 m (3,000–7,200 ft) in elevation. Judging from its morphology, it is closely related to Prunus espinozana, described in the same publication. It is a tree 3 to 15 m tall, with branchlets that are brown tending to black.
