Begonia melanobullata, the Vietnamese black peak begonia or Vietnam ferox, is a species of flowering plant in the family Begoniaceae, native to Vietnam. It was first documented in limestone karst areas across the Sino-Vietnamese border. Begonia melanobullata is noteworthy for having hair-tipped, dark-colored conical bullae across the upper leaf surface. It has red flower stalks, and red-streaked, green tinted flowers and seed capsules. It is very similar to Begonia ferox and Begonia nahangensis but differs in size and leaf shape.

Begonia elnidoensis is an endemic species of Begonia discovered in El Nido, Palawan, Philippines. The species was compared to Begonia wadei, in that both species have thick-trunked stem, differing in the widely to very widely ovate or subtriangular leaves, with the latter having obliquely ovate leaves, 3-4 secondary leaf veins where the latter has 6 on each side of the midrib, with glabrous petioles compared to latter having puberulous to tomentose, an inflorescence measuring 20–40 cm in length compared to only 6–20 cm, and the differently-sized bracts and capsules.

Begonia circularis, commonly known as the ringed begonia, is a species of flowering plant in the family Begoniaceae, native to Vietnam. B. circularis is endemic to Thach An District, Cao Bang Province, Vietnam. It is found in the cracks of mossy rocks on partially shaded limestone cliffs in evergreen broad-leaved forest, elevation 600 m (2,000 ft). The specific epithet refers to the circular foliar variegation of the species.
