Chrysanthemum pacificum, commonly called gold and silver chrysanthemum, is a species of flowering plant in the aster family. It is native to Japan, where it is endemic to the island of Honshu. Its natural habitat is along the Pacific coast, where it often grows on ocean cliffs.

Rhodanthemum is a genus of flowering plants in the family Asteraceae, mostly native to exposed rocky places in Northern Africa (Morocco and Algeria). Formerly included in either Chrysanthemum or Leucanthemum, the 10 or 15 species of Rhodanthemum display many similarities to their former congeners, with composite daisy-like flowers. They are mat-forming, prostrate perennials or subshrubs, and some are cultivated as ornamental plants.

Nivellea is a monotypic genus of flowering plants belonging to the family Asteraceae. The only species is Nivellea nivellei. It is native to Morocco. The genus name of Nivellea is in honour of Robert Nivelle (1856–1924), a French artillery general officer who served in the Boxer Rebellion, and the First World War. The Latin specific epithet of nivellei also refers to Robert Nivelle. Both the genus and the species were first described and published in Bull. Nat. Hist. Mus. (London), Bot. Vol.23 on page 140 in 1993.

Eucalyptus willisii, also known as shining peppermint or promontory peppermint, is a species of small to medium-sized tree, sometimes a mallee that is endemic to Victoria, Australia. It has rough, fibrous bark on the trunk and branches, lance-shaped to curved adult leaves, flower buds in groups of eleven to twenty five, white flowers and cup-shaped or hemispherical fruit.

Rhodanthemum hosmariense, the Moroccan daisy, is a species of flowering plant in the family Asteraceae, native to the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. It is a bushy, prostrate subshrub growing to 30 cm (12 in) tall and broad, with deeply divided silvery leaves and solitary, daisy-like, composite flower-heads in summer. It is suitable for cultivation in an alpine garden or alpine house, where it is useful as groundcover. It has gained the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit.

Heliocauta is a genus of flowering plants in the daisy family. There is only one known species, Heliocauta atlantica, native to Morocco.

Argyranthemum tenerifae, the Tenerife daisy or Teide dill daisy, is a subtropical subshrub in the family Asteraceae.

Argyranthemum maderense, called the Madeira marguerite, is a species of flowering plant in the genus Argyranthemum. In spite of its scientific and common names it is not native to Madeira, but to Lanzarote in the Canary Islands some 500 km away. It has gained the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit.

Artemisia orientalixizangensis is a rare Tibetan species of plants in the sunflower family. It is found only in eastern and southeastern Tibet. Artemisia orientalixizangensis is a perennial herb up to 40 cm (16 inches) tall. Inflorescence is a tall, narrow, spike-like panicle of small flower heads. The plant grows on slopes and roadsides at mid-elevations in the mountains. The epithet "orientalixizangensis" is from Latin "orientalis" meaning "eastern" and "Xizang", the Chinese name for Tibet.
