Nepenthes palawanensis (N. Palawanensis) S.McPherson, Cervancia, Chi C.Lee, Jaunzems, Mey & A.S.Rob. 2010
endangered plant species in the nepenthaceae family
Nepenthes palawanensis is a tropical pitcher plant endemic to Sultan Peak on the island of Palawan in the Philippines, where it grows at elevations of 1,100–1,236 m (3,609–4,055 ft) above sea level. It was discovered in February 2010 by Jehson Cervancia and Stewart McPherson.
Nepenthes bokorensis Mey 2009
plant species in the nepenthaceae family
Nepenthes bokorensis is a tropical pitcher plant endemic to Cambodia. It is known from Mount Bokor (also Phnom Bokor or Bokor Hill) in the south of the country, and an as yet undetermined specimen suggests that it may also be present in other parts of the Dâmrei Mountains of Kampot Province. The specific epithet bokorensis refers to both Mount Bokor and Bokor National Park.
Nepenthes holdenii (Pitcher Plant) Mey 2010
plant species in the nepenthaceae family
Nepenthes holdenii is a tropical pitcher plant from western Cambodia, where it grows at elevations of 600–800 m above sea level. The species was originally known from only two peaks in the Cardamom Mountains, but the discovery of a new population was reported in October 2011. Seeds were collected in 2014 and the species was successfully introduced into cultivation.
Nepenthes hamiguitanensis (N. Hamiguitanensis) Gronem., Wistuba, V.B.Heinrich, S.McPherson, Mey & Amoroso 2010
plant species in the nepenthaceae family
Nepenthes hamiguitanensis is a tropical pitcher plant endemic to a single peak on the Philippine island of Mindanao, where it grows at elevations of 1,200–1,600 m above sea level. Once thought to be a natural hybrid between N. micramphora and N. peltata, this plant is now considered a species of possible hybridogenic origin. It produces squat upper pitchers that vary greatly in pigmentation, from red speckled to yellow throughout. The specific epithet hamiguitanensis is derived from the name of Mount Hamiguitan, to which it is endemic, and the Latin ending -ensis, meaning "from".
Nepenthes gantungensis (N. Gantungensis) S.McPherson, Cervancia, Chi C.Lee, Jaunzems, Mey & A.S.Rob. 2010
vulnerable plant species in the nepenthaceae family
Nepenthes gantungensis is a tropical pitcher plant known from a single peak on the Philippine island of Palawan, where it grows at elevations of 1,600–1,784 m above sea level.

Nepenthes justinae (N. Justinae) Gronem., Wistuba, Mey & Amoroso 2016
plant species in the nepenthaceae family
Nepenthes justinae is a tropical pitcher plant known only from Mount Hamiguitan on the Philippine island of Mindanao, where it grows at elevations of 1,000–1,620 m above sea level. The specific epithet justinae honours Justina Yu, the mayor of San Isidro, Davao Oriental, Mindanao, whose efforts helped get the Mount Hamiguitan Range Wildlife Sanctuary inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2014. Nepenthes justinae has no confirmed natural hybrids, although certain plants from Mount Hamiguitan may represent crosses involving it and N. hamiguitanensis, N. micramphora, and N. peltata, the
Nepenthes diabolica A.Bianchi, Chi.C.Lee, Golos, Mey, M.Mansur & A.S.Rob. 2020
plant species in the nepenthaceae family
Nepenthes diabolica is a tropical pitcher plant known only from a single mountain in Central Sulawesi, where it occurs at c. 2,200–2,300 m above sea level. It is characterised by an exceptionally developed peristome and conspicuous, woolly pitcher indumentum. Morphologically it is closest to N. hamata, the only other species from Sulawesi with a similarly elaborated peristome. The species was known to botanists as early as 2005, when Ch'ien Lee announced the discovery of a new form of N. hamata with an exceptionally dense indumentum. For years afterwards the taxon was informally known in
