Karel Bernard Boedijn (29 June 1893 – 29 August 1964) was a Dutch botanist and mycologist who made significant contributions to the study of tropical fungi in the Dutch East Indies (present-day Indonesia). After earning his doctorate from the University of Amsterdam in 1925, he spent three decades in Southeast Asia as a professor and researcher, surviving Japanese internment during World War II when he identified medicinal plants for fellow prisoners.
