Australian botanist.

Philip Sydney Short (born 1955) is an Australian botanist. From 1991 to 1992, he served as Australian Botanical Liaison Officer at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew, London. The standard author abbreviation P.S.Short is used to indicate this person as the author when citing a botanical name.
