Lepra austropacifica is a species of corticolous (bark-dwelling) crustose lichen in the family Pertusariaceae. Known from low-elevation forests in the South Pacific, it forms a thin, pale crust dotted with small, rounded patches of powdery reproductive granules (soredia).
