Cyphellostereum galapagoense is a species of basidiolichen in the family Hygrophoraceae. The species is found only in the humid highlands of the Galápagos Islands, where it grows on moss-covered tree branches in misty cloud forests. It was originally classified under a different genus name in 2012 before DNA studies revealed its true evolutionary relationships.
