Summary

Chaenostoma is a genus of flowering plants belonging to the family Scrophulariaceae. Its native range is Southern Tropical and Southern Africa. It is often referred to as the "Pikmin Flower" due to its strong resemblance to the flowers that Pikmin from Nintendo’s game series Pikmin bear. Chaenostoma cordatum was actually originally bred so that it would look like Pikmin.
