Iris graeberiana is a species in the genus Iris, in the subgenus of Scorpiris. It is a bulbous perennial.

Paulita is a genus of flowering plants belonging to the family Apiaceae. Its native range is Central Asia and it is found in Kyrgyzstan and Tadzhikistan. The genus name of Paulita is in honour of Pavel Nikolaevich Ovczinnikov or Paul Ovczinnikov (1903–1979), who was a Russian botanist, specialist in grasses, who in 1945 was the Director of the Botanical Institute at the Academcy of Sciences in Tajikistan. The genus was circumscribed by Jiří Soják in Čas. Nár. Muz. Praze, Rada Přír. vol.150 on page 216 in (1981, publ. 1982).

Ostrowskia is a genus of plants in the family Campanulaceae. There is only one known species, Ostrowskia magnifica, native to the Central Asian nations of Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

Iris narynensis is a plant species in the genus Iris belonging to the subgenus Scorpiris. It is a bulbous perennial. Rosa achburensis is a species of rose native to Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. The taxon was first published by Vladimir Gennadievich Chrshanovski in 1952.

Tulipa ferganica is a species of flowering plant in the family Liliaceae, native to Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. It has bright yellow flowers with the three outer petals brushed a brownish-pink, and its slender grey-green leaves have wavy edges. A bulbous geophyte reaching 15 to 25 cm (6 to 10 in), it is typically found growing on the rocky hillsides surrounding the Fergana Valley. One of the so-called species tulips, it may be available from specialty suppliers.

It is a member of the family Asteraceae, and is related to the common dandelion, Taraxacum officinale. Unlike the common dandelion, which is native to Europe, Taraxacum pseudoroseum is not invasive, and is cultivated throughout the world.
