Bogoriella thelena is a species of corticolous (bark-dwelling) crustose lichen in the family Trypetheliaceae. This widespread tropical lichen forms creamy to whitish crusty patches bordered by dark lines on tree bark and produces solitary, small dark fruiting bodies that are sometimes surrounded by a fringe.
