Argyrochosma tenera

Argyrochosma tenera is an Andean fern. It has leathery, twice-divided leaves with chestnut-brown axes. Unlike many members of Argyrochosma, it does not secrete white powder on the underside of its leaves. First described as a species in 1831, it was transferred to the genus Argyrochosma in 1996. Until recently, it has usually been treated as a variety of Argyrochosma nivea under the names A. nivea var. tenera or Notholaena nivea var. tenera. It typically grows in dry valleys between mountains in the Andes from Peru south to Argentina....read more on Wikipedia.
