Cymbidium parishii is a species of orchid. It is found in Myanmar. In 1859, Charles Parish discovered it near Moulmein, but it was not named or published until 1872 and 1874, respectively, by Heinrich Gustav Reichenbach.

Sonerila margaritacea is a species of flowering plant in the genus Sonerila, native to Myanmar. An evergreen perennial with patterned leaves, reaching only 10 cm, it has gained the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit as a terrarium or hothouse ornamental.

Myanmaria is a genus of flowering plants in the family Asteraceae. It includes a single species, Myanmaria calycina, which is endemic to Myanmar. The species was first described as Vernonia calycina in 1836. In 1999 Harold E. Robinson placed the species in the new monotypic genus Myanmaria as Myanmaria calycina.

Myanmaranthus is a genus of flowering plants in the family Marantaceae. It includes a single species, Myanmaranthus roseiflorus, which endemic to Myanmar and known only from a single location in Kachin State. It is an herbaceous plant up to 2.5 meters tall which grows from a rhizome, with pink flowers. The plant was collected in the buffer zone of Hkakaborazi National Park, growing in a disturbed roadside area through primary subtropical moist evergreen forest at 568 metres elevation. Curcuma glauca is a species of flowering plant in the ginger family, Zingiberaceae. It is a rhizomatous geophyte endemic to Myanmar. The plant, which is called malaphu (မာလာဖူး) in Burmese, is used as an herb in Burmese cuisine.

Woodburnia penduliflora is a species of flowering plant in the family Araliaceae and the only representative of the genus Woodburnia. It is endemic to Burma and was first described from the Kachin State in 1903. The genus was named after the former president of the Asiatic Society of Bengal and lieutenant governor of Bengal, John Woodburn. It was described by botanist David Prain as having striking flowers unusually large for the Araliaceae family.
