Afgekia is a small genus of large perennial climbing shrubs native to Thailand in Asia, belonging to the family Fabaceae. They are reminiscent of the related genus Wisteria.

Kerriodoxa elegans, the white backed palm, is the only species of palm tree in the genus Kerriodoxa, in the family Arecaceae. It is an endemic species of Thailand, first discovered in the Khao Phra Thaew reserve on 11 March 1929 and described as a new genus and species in 1983. It is dioecious, with separate male and female plants. The genus name of Kerriodoxa is in honour of Arthur Francis George Kerr (1877–1942), an Irish medical doctor.

Pueraria mirifica, also known as กวาวเครือ kwao krua (among other names), is a plant found in northern and northeastern Thailand and Myanmar. In Thailand, the plant is known as "kwao krua kao", the 'kao' meaning white which distinguishes Pueraria mirifica from other plants with tuberous roots also sharing the 'kwao krua' designation, such as Butea superba, commonly called kwao krua deng (red) and the 'black' and 'dull grey' kwao krua plants. Paphiopedilum exul is a species of slipper orchid endemic to the Krabi region in peninsular Thailand. Its greenish yellow flowers appear from February to May. Various hybrids are cultivated involving P. exul.

Nepenthes andamana is a tropical pitcher plant endemic to Phang Nga Province, Thailand, where it grows near sea level in coastal savannah and grassland. It is thought to be most closely related to N. suratensis. The specific epithet andamana refers to the Andaman Sea coast of Thailand.

Paphiopedilum sukhakulii is a species of plant in the family Orchidaceae.

Paphiopedilum godefroyae is a species of orchid endemic to peninsular Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia. This species is found just above sea level on limestone cliffs. The flowers are around 9 cm across, creamy white to light green. They flower from December to July.

Magnolia sirindhorniae is a plant species in the genus Magnolia, family Magnoliaceae, described by Hans Peter Nooteboom and Piya Chalermglin. It is a magnolia species endemic to swamp forest of central Thailand in Tha Luang District, Lopburi Province. It was named in honor of Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

Cycas chamaoensis is named after the only known habitat of this species, on and near Khao Chamao mountain in Khao Chamao District, Thailand. Stems are arborescent, either erect or decumbent. Leaves numerous, exceeding 60 per crown, 1.2-2.5 meters in length, ending in terminal spine. Petiole 30–60 cm, glabrous and partially spiny. Leaflets in 85-155 pairs, and lanceolate, glabrous and angled forward at 60-70 degrees. Female cones closed type, sporophylls 13–18 cm long with yellow to gray tomentose. 2-4 ovules per sporophyll. Lamina is long, almost circular, with numerous lateral spines.

Bulbophyllum wangkaense is a species of orchid in the genus Bulbophyllum. Found only in Thailand at elevations around 200 to 300 meters as a miniature to small sized, hot growing epiphyte with [4 cm] between each conical pseudobulb carrying a single, elliptic, minutely retuse apically leaf that blooms on an erect to arching 2 to 4" [5 to 10 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence that is sheathed in the lower half.

Trachycarpus oreophilus, also known as Thai mountain fan palm, is a plant species in the genus Trachycarpus. It is known from two distinct populations, one in northwest Thailand, the other in Manipur in northeastern India. The Manipur population was formerly considered a separate species. Trachycarpus oreophilus grows on steep mountain sides at elevations of 1,200–1,800 m (3,900–5,900 ft).

Paphiopedilum thaianum, or the Thai paphiopedium, is a species of slipper orchid endemic to peninsular Thailand. The orchid species is found in primary forest shade, on the slopes of steep limestone hillsides and cliffs. It is found at an elevation of 350–450 meters above sea level.

Nepenthes kerrii is a tropical pitcher plant native to Tarutao National Marine Park in southern Thailand, where it grows at elevations of 400–500 m above sea level. The 2018 IUCN assessment also considers the taxon found on Langkawi Island of Malaysia (~10 km south of Tarutao) to be conspecific. This species is thought to be most closely related to N. kongkandana. The specific epithet kerrii refers to Irish medical doctor Arthur Francis George Kerr, who made the first known herbarium collection of this species. Nepenthes chang is a tropical pitcher plant endemic to the Banthad Mountains of eastern Thailand, where it grows at elevations of 300–600 m above sea level. It is thought to be most closely related to N. kampotiana. The specific epithet chang refers to the Thai island of Ko Chang, where the type specimen was collected.

Mangifera collina is a species of plant in the family Anacardiaceae. It is endemic to an area near Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Magnolia thailandica is a plant species in the Kmeria section of the genus Magnolia found in Thailand. (+)-Syringaresinol, a lignan, can be found in M. thailandica.

Dendrobium guibertii is a species of orchid endemic to Thailand. It was first formally described in 1876 by Élie-Abel Carrière and the description was published in Revue Horticole. The specific epithet (guibertii) honours "M. Guibert of Passy-Paris, well known in the world of horticulture for his remarkable collection of orchids".

Cycas tansachana is a species of cycad in Thailand. They are located to the northeast of Khong Khi Sua in Kaeng Khoi District, Saraburi Province, central Thailand. It is also found in Praphotisat Cave Temple Huai Haeng (ห้วยแห้ง) Subdistrict, Kaeng Khoi District. It is locally abundant, but has a highly restricted distribution.

Cycas pranburiensis is a species of cycad endemic to Thailand. It is found only in the Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park area of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. It is named after Pran Buri District in Thailand, where it was discovered.

Lagerstroemia loudonii (Thai: เสลา; RTGS: salao) is a species of flowering plant in the family Lythraceae. Its origin is in Burma and Thailand, where it is found in the wild in Isan and the east down to central Thailand. Salao is a medium-sized tree growing to a height between 10 and 20 m (35 and 65 ft). It is quite common as a decorative tree in the parks of Thailand owing to its bunches of pink flowers. The tree and its flower are the provincial tree as well as the provincial flower of Nakhon Sawan Province.
