Xanthorrhoea semiplana is a species of grass tree found in south-eastern Australia, with two subspecies: Xanthorrhoea semiplana ssp. semiplana, the tufted grass tree, grows on the Eyre, Yorke and Fleurieu Peninsulas, southeastern South Australia and probably midwestern Victoria.
